Once the crazy patch squares were complete, I found myself at the fabric store contemplating sashing and binding options.  I was equally in love with each combination option.  Honestly, this has never happened to me.  I have always been able to find one combination that moved me right to the check out line without asking for a second opinion.  This time it was different.  I decided to enlist the “soon to be owner” and she loved the lime green and deep pink option.  At first, I was relieved because that would have been my pick too, but now I feel differently.  The taupe and deep pink combination is really becoming.  I’ll have to stitch something up for myself incorporating all those tones.  It’s just so pretty!

The crazy patch squares are complete…hooray!  If you only knew how long it is taking me to accomplish baby quilts these days you’d be skipping too!  The fabric colors and prints are so perfect.  I am really enjoying creating this quilt.   Not to mention, so excited to get the top sewn together and applique the giant surf board.  This is gonna rock the socks off Kyngston’s mama, which is exactly the plan!

Can’t get any better than perfect!
